- Internal interview with and Element Staffing recruiter
- Resume critique and assistance if needed
- Career advice, informative discussion on the local job market, and introduction of open opportunities
- Resume submission to client, followed up with direct communication with hiring manager by account manager
- A recruiter will coordinate the interview, send an email with all interview details and expectations, and hold an interview preparation call with the candidate
- After the interview, follow up call with the candidate to ask how it went
- Job offers extended to candidates by recruiter
- Coordination of pre-employment requirements by recruiter
- The recruiter provides the candidate's start date and first day/week details
- Ongoing monthly communication by the recruiter and candidate on job satisfaction, questions, issues, and concerns
