Element Staffing emerged from a desire to fill a noticeable gap in the staffing industry – a lack of genuine commitment and focus on quality and customer service. Based in Houston, Texas and Charlotte, NC, Element Staffing was founded by Jake Broussard in 2017 to become the premier source for scientific and technical talent. After many years of working in the staffing industry, Jake and his team noticed that many staffing firms’ commitment to quality and customer service was an afterthought. We believe that our candidates and clients deserve first-class service from a staffing professional they can trust.
As a niche staffing provider, our goal is to build recruiting teams with backgrounds and experience in science and technology, serving as knowledgeable liaisons to both job seekers and employers. Element Staffing started with these principles and continues to grow exponentially by always putting people first.
